Pulsation dampeners

PCHEM’s NP series of pulsation dampers are an innovative accessory for compressed air double diaphragm pumps and, in general, pulsed flow volumetric pumps. The only double diaphragm active pulsation damper on the market was designed to ensure that the two diaphragms act on the entire section of the fluid, thus reducing fluid pulsing by up to 100%. The product is available in a variety of sizes and materials, including polypropylene, POM, stainless steel and aluminum.

Pulsation dampers: what are the advantages and why install them?

We strongly recommend the product for its numerous advantages:

  • increased efficiency in filtration processes,
  • elimination of pulsed flow,
  • no hammering or overpressure,
  • prevention of damage to the fluid lines and valves.
